Headcanon Time: I figure, before she made the Forge, Solus had a regular old smithy. She figures it’s a waste to discard the old ways in favour of the shiny new hammer and simply puts away/dismantles the items she doesn’t need to use any longer, but still uses her favourite anvil. The space is a bit cleaner than it used to be; no soot and such; but it still bears the scuffs and dings from it’s old use. But on occasion, she still likes to beat out the finer details for her creations using the old ways, because, after all just because it’s an older more time consuming method doesn’t mean it’s any less effective or soothing.

As much as I love colouring gold, restricting Solus’ colour scheme to Gold and black was a silly move. While both colours work well togeter normally, they’re severely limiting. Which is why Both Solus and the Forge look like the same colour (They’re not but a mixture of scanner bleach and not actually knowing how to do metallic gold in copics killed me).

Copics, Art Spcetrum White Ink, Posca Paint pen (White) and PS CS2. (And I still managed to cut my signature off.)
Time: Weeks. About 3-4 days total
Solus Prime belongs to Hasbro and so on. This particular incarnation is from Transformers Prime, which it the only continuity to actually feature and image of her (to the best of my knowledge. Days of googling only found me one official picture)
