Turmoil leaned over the edge of the tank to check on his newest hunter. It was only the young mer’s third time out and he’d come back with only minor injuries. Though he was going to have one heck of a black eye, judging by the quickly settling bruise. Giving a wolfish grin at his prize, Turmoil straightened up and beckoned for the first aid kit, he’d better sew up that bite mark. Maybe foster a little trust with his Deadlock. Hadn’t he picked a damn good one this time? Yes, he had indeed.
From full-autopsy 's Merformers flip-flop storyline (my drabble is probably not cannon to it though) where a young Mer!Drift was raised to hunt other Mer by Turmoil, who generally abused and neglected him at the end. I want to steal him away from Turmoil and snuggle him to bits. Cute baby needs love, hugs and decent food.
Lines and colours came out better than I thought they would. What a shock!
