Yes, I realize Nep's butt looks off. I didn't feel like fixing it again and I likely won't be fixing it in the future. Maybe. There are also other unfinished elements, such as missing hair clips, Purple Heart's hair, and the glass window Nep is standing behind, but I didn't have time to finish in time for the contest deadline. I'll finish them later, and I'll reupload it to this same deviation since I don't see a point in resubmitting another deviation when there will only be a few changes.

Anyway:
"Welcome to Gamindustri Atlantis! This dimension is comprised of only an ocean and the 4 countries of Planeptune, Lowee, Lastation, and Leanbox are each a collection of giant domed cities connected by passageways of heavily reinforced glass. The people in this dimension still retain human legs and form, but have advanced their underwater living and transportation technology to an extremely high level. As such, they are able to lively freely and happily even underwater. The CPUs of this dimension have also adapted to this setting. Unlike other dimensions where they are winged and fly freely through the sky in their HDD forms, in this dimension they gain a mermaid-style tail and the ability to breathe underwater. Of course, they also have superior speed and maneuverability underwater in HDD as well."
