Let's!The concept's been done before - and alot better too lol - but I decided to give it a little go. I did the background and decided to glue these two then-strangers on top.
For the background I used a really thin sheet of light brown paper with the Chinese writing which I glued to a square of cardboard and painted red. Then I covered in swirls with a pen which you can barely see in real life, but comes up nicely here. I also added a few bits of tissue to mix it up. I kept it pretty simple. Hope you like!
I really have no idea how to categorise this..

No monster is truly creepy. If people spread gossip about something, and the subject hears it long enough, they will start to beleive in it because that's all that's around. The monster has to persevere and believe in itself, Because good and evil are points of view. Nothing truly thinks that they are evil, but appearances can be a strong external influence. (breathes in)

wow, that's quite a compliment! To be honest I feel a bit behind in skill. It's something I think I should know how to do digitally and should have done it that way. But i still like the way it turned out

I don't know about behind, as such- your skills in digital media facilitate the way you do your art ( in that it's scanned and presented here for all to see ). I don't like the fact that I have become semi-reliant on Photoshop and miss the good old days of searching for pencils in my messy study, and the fact that at the end of it all you actually have a piece of artwork, rather than a damn Jpeg. Your methods, media and most importantly, your artwork, is superb as is. Keep it up!
