I like both!
I like the fiery epic setting of your 2014 piece, with the overlapping scaled body for the dragon.
And I like the angle and perspective in your 2016 piece... plus the hen is so funny. LOL! XD

2014 Lots of action, sharply defined dragon, Picture balance to the right.
2016 Sense of movement in the wings, much softer dragon, overall balance in the picture, more detailed and better shaded.
Much better and easily seen improvement in just two years!
