The baron looks menacing in every form. But the walking one is the most terrifying for me, mostly because I'm afraid of all crawlies. I love your Dune artworks in general.

hope you don't mind me asking, what is form language?
I see all the art centre guys mention it but I can't figure out what it covers and what it doesn't
also these are lovely, personally I favour the middle navigator with that dome helm, nice contrast to his organic end stage

Not at all Chenthooran, feels slightly weird telling a badass like you about this
Form language is the main visual elements that compose a specific object, character or pretty much anything. For example, a t-rex skull has holes, repeating pointy shapes (the teeth), it is hard and often weathered and worn. You could apply this form language to a character design for example. Say a soldier in armor. You could use literal parts of the skull as design elements, or use keywords like "repeating" and "pointy" to guide your design. I find it surprisingly efficient for generating ideas.
But yeah I'm looking at your work right now and that military/fossil series is pretty much exactly what I just said lol.
Also thanks for the feedback!

hah I'm nothing man, just learned how to do a few things through trial and error. You've got me beat on everything so it shouldn't feel too weird
thanks for explaining,Β I always wondered if it was some huge subject since it's given its own class.
and np, happy to offer some input if you ever want/need it

cheers, that's the cool thing about design, everyone comes at it from their own space. Mine don't feel particularly special to me but I love other artist's work (just look at your bene gesserit ideas DΒ and I'll always be in awe of technical skill which you have in spades
