Sans is numb to the problems of reality, but he's not made of stone.I get the itch to draw crying Sans like everyone else does, but I don't care much for genocide angst. So instead I force feed him Nicholas Sparks movies and other sad things, because let's be real, the majority of his time on the surface would just be watching Netflix.
When he gets weepy watching movies around other people, he becomes the kind of asshole who cracks jokes through the most serious/saddest moments. He's permabanned from watching Charlie St. Cloud with Papyrus ever again.
But if he's alone and has no audience, he'll gross sob into the dog. The dog doesn't seem to mind. :U

Godammit I feel ya Sans lol. I've probably watched Marley and Me about 20 times, and I still bawl my eyes out every time. Then I have to go and hug my dog for an hour or so and gross sob into him. XD

Also I love the way you draw expressions on Sans. He's not the easiest character to emote but you've nailed it!

Ha, this is a cute idea. Despite all the fan interpretations/art that depict Sans as noticeably depressed, I see it more as the game seems to show it: He's a bit of a defeatist but puts on a happy face regardless. After all, when he's got Papyrus to look after and mess with, why not take it all in stride?
And yet he just can't survive the relentless heartstring-tugging of your garden-variety comedy-drama flick.
