Bawh I think the game wants you to roll the NCR side of things. I know I did it the first time I got involved and when I first had to fight the Legion I realized I didn't want to kill them.
Caesar never offers the Courier bitches (as far as I am aware. I haven't actually met him in game yet) but it's a delicious concept.
