Aaand now we get to the last of the Bishops, who I admittedly took a lot of creative freedom on!

I've always had an absolute adoration for spiders (more specifically, tarantulas), and I seriously wanted to go in heavily with that here.
Instead of having their brain exposed, I wanted to go with another idea I had (totally not because trying to put head bandages on a flat spider head is a nightmare)

In this interpretation, Shamura was not treated (objectively) as harshly as the others. They were not mutilated, instead lashed out upon in a fit of anger, having their head unceremoniously slammed several times. The resulting brain damage was all the same, leaving them struggling with reality and sense. But it would be unwise to doubt them, their domain was war, and no war is won when falling to hinderance.
