She is their second born. An earth filly.
The third foal is currently inside Fluttershy, but it is not seen yet.
I'm working on their names and personalities, although I haven't posted this info yet. I already have some drafts about the filly in this picture.

Yeah. Strange, but they keep on ignoring families of pegasi - Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo (they only showed briefly that rainbow-maned stallion, but that's all) I still hope that in Season 5 we'll finally see their relatives and maybe even whole episodes about them.

It would certainly explain why she's so timid. But I imagine her father to be really sensitive and caring and maybe her mother to be very ambitious for her daughter and disappointed in her.
