It looks epic, with the tall rocks, the army in the distance, and the single rider. I like the castle/city on the top of the mountain too.

I love this piece it is one of those images that immediately inspires the mind to think of a epic fantasy novel and the story behind this image. In particular i really love the three stones int eh foreground of this image. I am unsure if you meant to do it (and not sure if anyone else sees it) but to me they look like shrouded/cloaked figures almost like a parent and child (the small stone) and another lone figure watching what is about to unfold with the dramatic hero figure on the horse. I just get this sense of waiting and maybe even hope. Who knows maybe i am readign to much into that but it was literally the first thing i noticed about the image besides the horse (i'm a horse person) and the dramatic fog
Anyway sorry for my ramble! Congrads on the DD! I really enjoyed this piece!

This is simply amazing! This style is fantastic! I particularly love the rough but very fine details you put into this piece! It looks COMPLETELY real without perfecting every little tiny blade of grass! The mood is very suspenseful, for lack of a better word i suppose! Dark, but a positive, challenging feel. Im in LOVE with this! It definitely deserved the DD! <3
