You're going to have be a bit more precise in your question, I'm afraid.

If you're asking why there's so many pictures of him in my gallery, it's because Tracks is one of my favourite characters.
If you're wondering why he's in this family, it's because he gave "birth" to Rumble, Frenzy and Flipsides. Tracks is their mommy.
If you meant why he's with Soundwave, it's because Tracks' character likes glamorous things and he's going to make sure he knows people with connections and riches, to satisfy his desires.

Outside of those parameters above, I have no idea what you're question is referring to. A character's "gender" shouldn't dictate their popularity, especially considering Cybertronians are noted with no biological standard of gender identity and thus shouldn't be compared to our human norms.
