To disable ribbon
Copy modified exlorerframe.dll to Sytem32 folder.

There are problems with system metric color. I've added this parameter to incomplete.theme file
BTNFACE:COLOR =255 255 255
HIGHLIGHT:COLOR =255 255 255
HIGHLIGHTTEXT:COLOR=255 0 0
HOTTRACKING:COLOR=36 36 36
APPWORKSPCE:COLOR=255 255 255
MENU:COLOR b=255 255 255
LIGHT3D:COLOR = 255 255 255
But that won't fix the problem permanently. Everytime hibernate/sleep this theme will switch to unsaved theme & set all the parameters above to default. I don't know why. If someone out there have the latest alpha build of WSB maybe can help me to fix the problem.

All this theme does for me is change the color of the taskbar and windows borders. I have none of these great icons or menu boxes. For the record, I'm on a 64 bits Win8 and used the download link in the description to disable Ribbon.

i'm sorry this is for 32 bit. I dont have file for 64 bit. To have preview like above you have to disable ribbon. You can send your 64 bit file or you can do this one here [link]

Nah, I don't want to disable ribbon ;c. It will look like "Windows 7" with no transparency e_e. I think, I can live with this, since there's only few themes available for "Windows 8 RTM"; or I can use the default one.
