Subscription and dA product giveaways only happen on special occasions (like holidays). You can't check out the contests link above, though. There may be something out there that is made just for you to win.
Also make sure that you check if the contest is closed. Sometimes it only gives a deadline and never mentions that the contest has ended. Wouldn't want to enter a contest that's already over.

Once I get my tutorial site setup, I should have some free time. I'm just devoting any free time to doing client work and making money as fast as I can before it widdles away from rent/groceries, so I can pay to get it all setup.
After that it should be back to normal, and I'll be able make your new journal.

Well, better than usual. I got some activity in the client area, and I'm currently doing work for 2 clients.
Just stressed to try and get that site setup, but that's the only way I ever get anything done.

I'm good, thank you! Have a lot of painting projects that I'm organising quite nicely, and doing some avatars on the side for fun.
In other news Keith's aunt passed away a few days ago from pancreatic cancer, so his father is away for the funeral. So the atmosphere has darkened somewhat due to her passing.

My grandma just went to the hospital because of a bad heart attack. She's getting open heart surgery tomorrow.

Keith is doing fine. It's his dad that was feeling it the most, since he's the oldest of a big family and it was his youngest sister who died... she was technically the baby, and only in her 30s :/
