Yup, this is her. Her mother is... ready for this? Pan, I know the age difference is vast, at least 10 years, however I felt the union would be ideally symbolic, Goku and Vegeta's family uniting. As for the rest of the DBZ characters their are three reasons for their absense.
1. If I am drawing my own characters, its less likely that someone will be able to say that looks nothing like Yola, Bartin. In that respect, I would draw Goku, a character that is not my creation, people will have other things to compare him to, forcing me to copy Toriyama in great detail, I don't want to do that.
2. Yola was born about 15 years after DBGT ended. Most of the characters already being on in years I basically wrote them out of my series.
3. Though I use the names, places, concepts and overall universe of the Dragonball series I want this to be a stand alone series with my own characters taking the mantle of the hero. I don't want them to be overshadowed by Goku or Vegeta because I wish to develop them as their own unique character, fight their own fights. My "Lost Generation" series takes place long after Goku has left and the only really recognizable character it Pan as a old woman.

Indeed they are, more Trunks and Vegeta but the arm bands are all Goku

Yeah its a tricky thing though, each person see's Trunks hooking up with different girls, some think Pan others say Marron, still others say their characters. Tricky thing also is the fact that Goku Jr is Pan's Grandson and you never find out who she was with either. I read into it too much I suppose.
