Interesting scenario, I think this is more realistic than timelines where the US and the independent CSA are in almost permanent conflict. Do the Pan-American organizations want some kind of EU or NATO style collective security treaty and common North American currency + free trade area?

it varies within the groups some want an EU like system, some want collective security and others would like full integration into a single nation.
