Description
It’s Mermay on IG so figured I’d make her a mermaid. Last year I was really inspired by this orca Mermaid created by Aaron Blaise, and had been wanting to do my own interpretation. As the Orca is the Apex predator of the ocean I wanted to have her dine on a tiny version of an Orca’s prey to show her scale. Thought about a penguin, seal, or dolphin. Those are all two cute and might make her seem villainous though. So went with the great white shark. Since that shark is about 15ft that makes here around 160ft. Twice the length of a blue whale!Breakdown here:

A very nice take on the giant mermaid. I love the subtle background patterns with the thin diagonal bands and circles by the submarine. The orca pattern is unique, and very well done, and I love the gloves with the fin on them, which really work well with the aquatic theme. Great work!

Thanks, I put a lot more thought into this piece than I do with many others. Good eye!

Anytime a woman's boob is bigger than your head, she is absolutely not worth pursuing. J-just don't do it, buddy.

Those are the only ones worth pursuing.
