Description
Most of us curse the rain when it falls on our heads.I love the sound of rain and distant thunder, so calming yet gloomy.
I'd like to add more to this picture but I'm just not sure, it's just lacking something for your eyes to wander.
Time: ~7 hours
Software: Inkscape, Photoshop CS5
Tablet: MEDION Design USB Graphics Pad P46000 (the drivers are out of date
)EDIT: Added a little bit more contrast to the picture.
P.S. I'm supposed to be working on an animation short but ah... I gave up. I'm not quite ready for something like that so ah... take this drawing instead! Don't hurt me plz!

A few years ago, I was in Utah and spent the night in a hotel; It stormed beautifully that night, at one point the thunder shook the whole room. XD Woke me up with a start (the bed jumped o.O) , yes, but it was great.

LOL!!! Flooding might not have been the right word it just started raining kinda hard... but it was nice to listen to, I like to draw or read when it's raining, it's just the camper's roof is cloth and it was wanting to leak a bit!!! Β

This is lovely, you did a great job on detail and coloring :3 I think a little more contrast would give him a better pop! Like darker shading in the back of him and a bit more lighter glow in the front of him. But that's just my opinion xD other wise this piece looks amazing QuQ

I was limiting the contrast because I wanted him to blend in with the rainy mood, but who knows? Perhaps a little more contrast is what it needs.
