Anyway, this is another art-trade with who wanted Sonic as Batman, and Scourge as the Joker! So Scour... I mean Joker is giving Bathog a little surprise!

Mr. Nitpicker: Hang on a minute, last time I checked Scourge wasn't insane, Sonic wasn't dark and I thought it's either a new design or a full illustration, you did both, an... *gets shot"

I know that people might question some things about this, but as I said Scurvy asked for this and I did what he wanted. (also, making a design for these 2 was easy, since you just combine 2 official characters with other official characters)

Scourge belongs to SEGA or Archie or Penders or Whatever some legal documents can prove, because otherwise I don't know.
