Man... this took longer than it should of taken.Anyway, this is my contest entry for competition. The theme of the contest was Sonic Universe, so we had to do something related to the Sonic Universe Arcs like "Scourge Lockdown" or "Spark of Life".
I chose to do something based on the "Forged in Fire" story-line from issue 50. I know it's just one issue, but it has Sonic Universe in the name, so it counts (I'm not sure if that Sonic All-Star Racing one counts though...)
Still, I drew Shard having a battle with Metal Sonic (only showing his hand) and I put Nicole on the background because... she was part of the story, and Shard does likes her a bit.
Anyway, Still this took longer that I expected, for which I have to blame my laziness and being distracted as part of the main reasons.
