Background:
She originally came from the same world as Ryu, but her principles and devotion remains to the current heir to the Ruby Throne. After her assault upon the Elder dragons, she was made General to find the whereabouts of Ryu, form what army she can, and eliminate Ryu, and the world she stood on to make a new for the Ruby Empire.

Martial Artist: She was trained all her life from a young wyrmling to the Mature dragon she is, trained in Military style that her world is known for.
Dynamic Sorcery: From the world she is from, magic is known as the weave. She is bonded to it and is adapted to cast any spell within her knowledge of spectrum.

Flight: Wings provide her a natural fly speed up to 60 mph. She has good flight abilities.

Wonder how a fight between General Shadow and Xeranad Lekard would pan out? One a humanoid dragon with regeneration and a magic energy drain device... while the other is an immortal embodiment of the darkness of humanity, and is a master of dimensional magic, which is basically a very specific kind of dark magic... and a sadomasochist.
All I can say is that I do not want to be the mayor of Angel Falls when the damage bill comes in...

How true you are, but why fight each other when they can team up and see how much destruction they can cause before they can be stopped?...just think about it.
Also your forgetting Blood magic schooling. Also, she doesn't always rely on a draining device, that was only with Lin.

True... though Xer really hates himself and takes any opportunity he can to try and kill himself... he's known to CUT HIS OWN HEAD OFF when he's BORED. Often in front of people.
You sure General Shadow can be around someone like that? Someone who not only enjoys the destruction of others, but his own as well?

The way General Shadow sees it, watching him trying to kill himself is a reminder to her how hard humans are to kill, like cockroaches.

So basically, to her, it's like watching a cockroach attempt to commit suicide and failing horribly.

Creepy, especially when you consider the fact that he reconstitutes rather than regenerates. Basically, he loses his head, tentacles come out of his neck, and forcibly reattaches the head to his neck... usually with Xeranad laughing his head off.
He CAN regenerate, but only when a body part is completely lost and cannot be retrieved (ie, annihilated). The downside is that it takes time and a lot of energy.
I'll think about a team up. Already have plans for Xer and another villain, but that is a surprise.

Glad you liked what pictures I am able to view. Yes, the dragons in my original stories were menacing enough to give them that sort of appeal. And Yes, Shadow is the sort to show no mercy...unless given the order.
His activities in Angel Falls has been known to some and hope to be viewed more to others. Right now I'm on break so you should be able to catch up. Mind you some are 18+. But things will get more serious now. ^_^

I'm not familiar with the system you use but I do notice some DnD like references...I was expecting her to be a bit more boob-y but I guess those get in the way when she flies

It's a mixture of DnD and Marvel system actually.
If the boob part upsets you, she is wearing armor. So most her cleavage is hiding.

Very impressive and the fact that she has a energy-draining device as well...but Genocide would not want the world to become her playground as the new Ruby Empire.
Not when she already has plans to have the Master Race hold sway over the earth and usher in a new era of the Reich.

Let's see... Genocide has plns to rule the world, General Shadow attempts to claim Earth for the New Ruby Empire, then there's Twisted Savant... while Xeranad (who has a title that he deserves for being such a monster when he's in the mood), is only out to kill himself.
