Its truly saddens me when you mention the Lady Amalthea to someone and they have no idea who you're talking about ;-; it should be manditory to have every child watch/read that beautiful story!

Actually, I found when you mention The Last Unicorn, many people know that. More for seeing the animated movie than reading the book. But they just don't remember the character names. They often answer "isn't that about the unicorn and the red/fiery bull?" or "isn't that the one with all the unicorns trapped in the ocean?". People mostly remember the movie for the imagery of the unicorn vs. the bull, than anything else.

He said it was stunning and he'd never seen anything like it. He was amazed at the detail too. And mind you, my face is in the collar. I couldn't help but chuckle watching him talk to the unicorn's face, it was so cute and just cemented even more how cool that costume is. Even my family and friends, who know my face is in the collar, they talk to the head, lol
