Description I totally saw that coming...didn't you?

Well...done in marks, this is the first time i draw the Cosmic Witch...i know that she doesn't look like that (the white parts) but i think it looks better that way...

Yea For me, the Cosmic Witch is Rosalina's "cosmic-self" that she created to help Mario while she was in the observatory
