Heh heh. This was a fun piece to do, and the design actually was influenced a little by the of the Mjoellnir necklaces I saw.

'Tis painted sir. I used inkwash and little bit of gesso here and there. I totally could not do something like this with computer, although I wish I could.

Just get some ink and some water and practice a little. It operates somewhat like water color, though ink seems have heavier pigment, it goes on more evenly, and it stains quickly.

Your welcome. I never tried it on canvas, but I wouldn't think it would work very well. I use watercolor paper or illustration board.
