aww, thank you! it's great to see a fandom so dedicated, and I have to say, I can see the appeal of the series and of the Merthur pairing xD

Yes, people on Tumblr have dropped hints about later on, but I refuse to believe them haha... Who could let such a cute adorable fluffy series turn into drama shit? It's not like they did the same with Teen Wolf or Sherlock or anything...

(seriously though, can you recommend a point where it would be better to stop watching? xDD I'm very fond of funny and fluffy stuff so I'd like to know how to avoid being punched in the stomach after I've become too attached ^^)

You're welcome! I think there is still a lot of fans, because Merlin is really powerfull series and it stayed in my heart. And I watched a lot of series.  
Anyway, even in s5 there is a lot of great scenes which warm my heart. I saw Merlin whole, and even when it's the most depressing and tragic series I have ever ever seen, I think there is... some purpose to see it all.
But if you want really to keep yourself from the worst, don't ever watch 5x12 & 5x13 finale. It destroyed my poor heart and it will never be complete again.   
(But even is series 2 when arthur says magic is bad and thanks Merlin for that, that isn't very nice either, I cried here too  )

omg thank you for the warning and also for not spoiling anything ❤ I think I might handle S1-S4 then, and after that I'll just dip my toes into S5 and see how far I can go xD

Yes, the show is really something else. You start watching and think, oh, this is going to be just a cute low budget kiddie show. But it turns out so charming! Enchanting, you might say >w< Everyone is pretty cool, but Merlin is by far my favorite The setting is also nice, though the magic taboo is a bit overdramatized in my eyes. but the show still leaves a lot of room for shenanigans, and they're the best part ^^

No problem, sweetie! 
I love it this show everything, it just found a way to my heart, where it stayed. And I know this show since February! I love Colin too, he's soo pretty!! And Bradley is amazing, and when I see them I feel so happy, there isn't anything better.   I don't even mind the "magic taboo" that much - it's fixed point in show and it makes a lot of scenes way more dramatic, funny or sad.  
Anyway, I hope you will enjoy the ride and keep loving the babies as they deserve.Try to avoid spoilers as much as possible, sad or funny, you don't want to ruin precious joke don't you.
