It depends on "which" Superman you're talking about. With his Red Underpants I'm thinking it's Silver Age Superman in which case all Superman has to do is sneeze and The Hulk is dead (and covered in Super-Snot)

Both of them have tremendously ridiculous levels of strength, stamina and durability. Β Only one of them has super-speed and controlled flight to use in combination with those earlier powers. Β Superman beats the big green goon.

Hulk would break his fist when he drove Superman into the ground. But then Superman would come back and knock Hulk off of the planet into the sun. Fight over. Superman wins!

and if Superman gets close enough to grab Hulk he's in his personal space, the worst place you can be

Never said I read Hulk but what does him not needing oxygen have to do with him burning up in the sun? Or just floating in space for a thousand years.

if Superman throws Hulk into space that isn't him winning a fight, that's him getting rid of someone stronger than him so that he doesn't have to fight him
and Hulk heals to fast to be burned up by the sun

Throwing the hulk off of the planet sounds like winning the fight to me. And if you have to start applying limitations onto Superman, that is just admitting that Superman is more powerful.Β
I haven't read Hulk in over 40 years. Β When they raise the price to 15 cents I had to cut back on my reading.
I remember when he came out. He was a rampaging green hulk that simply smashed everything he got mad at until he calmed down. A hulk that doesn't breath is stronger then Superman and heals faster than he can be hurt isn't the same hulk I remember. And sounds rather pointless to read.

Hard to say Clark has any chance with Hulk's form towering over him ready to deliver some REALLY painful smashing... Not to mention ah DON'T much like Superman. But... it's David vs Goliath so lets root for the small guy !!
