This is a late Christmas gift for a certain Ishida lover, but anyone can download him.

Added an expression to make the frame of his glasses thicker. This is to help make them more visible from a distance.
Edit (7-7-2015) For two and a half years now, his leg IKs have been messed up, and it wasn't until today that someone finally alerted me of the issue. *sigh* Well, whatever, the leg IKs are fixed now.
