Description
God do even recognize him anymore pftpfptppfT-Anyways i did a huge redesign of my edgelord boi and god i love him so much more now aa <333
Also credit to for helping my out with his colours~
But yes he does still have a 'second/corrupted form' because heH-
Lets wait 10 years for that one~!
SOME EXTRA INFORMATION:
Name: Kryshu
Species: Vah'Hun - (Vah-Hoon) - (Yes this means he is a related species to Yume, think of it as different breeds of cats or dogs)
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Male
Birthplace: Second Hell / The Second Underworld (A world found inside the planet's surface underneath the crust, considered a second hell since it looks like how you would imagine hell in some cases, minus all the fire and lava)
Family: Father (Current King of the Second Hell), Twin brother (In hell, heir to the throne), Deceased Mother (Sentenced to Death by Kryshu's Father)
WINGS ARE OPTIONAL
Small backstory summary: To become heir to the throne, the king finds a partner and they have a normal child, however a week or so after hatching the child is combined with The First Hell's darkness and therefore gains power as well as becomes part of the bloodline. In Kryshu's case, he was born with a twin brother which is not normal. Kryshu's father demanded to know which one was born first, but Kyrshu's mother refused to say, giving the excuse that she couldn't remember. Enraged, Kryshu's father sentenced her to be slaughtered 2 weeks after the children hatch. Kryshu and his brother would grow up to learn to fight, and eventually have a duel to see who would fit best as ruler. After a long fight, Kryshu's brother won, and therefore Kryshu was thrown to the surface area covered in wounds and bleeding badly. Not use to the amount of light and life, Kryshu's body weakened further and as he was about to give up and pass away, someone appeared and healed him back to good health. Hearing that his son did not die, Kryshu's father was both pleased he had raised strong children but also angered, banishing Kryshu from The Second Hell.
OTHER INFO:
How Kryshu Infects Beings: Kryshu can either infect others by biting them or using the glowing white substance to enter the victim's system through cuts/wounds.

the most angsty of angst
1) He usually just kinda warps it into existence, but he can also make it seep from his skin like sweat and use it to increase the amount he uses, because just warping it, the amount isn't always that much or as much as he needs, so he extracts it from his body and when he's done it just kinda seeps back in
2) Since Yume was actually the dragon who found and helped to heal Kryshu, at first Kryshu despised her and every other living thing in the "overworld", he wanted nothing to do with her and just blatantly kill her if he could, however during the time he regained consciousness and refused treatment (he was still weak to move), he had actually almost died and was practically on the verge before Yume resumed her healing with both runes and other medicines/herbs, Kryshu finally grasped just how easy it was for him to die in this land, and over time while Yume trained him to survive and have a chance of thriving on land. Eventually Yume offered that Kryshu could leave and go on off his own, but he decided to hang around and the two became a duo (before Ven joined), and although Kryshu refuses to verbally admit it, he believes he owes a great deal because he would've died quickly and never experienced the overworld in it's true beauty and done the things he has in the time he has been living there. At times he does consider just leaving, but he remembers this and stays around. So, he considers Yume a very close friend and has a sense of protection over her for what she did for him.
3) He doesn't really have an opinion on them, he just thinks of them as his kind. Although their teachings and life can be considered "bad" or "ruthless", he was raised and is/was a heir to the throne so he can't really hate them, so he just has a neutral opinion on them.
4) A lot, but at the same time, not that much. When he was younger and understood/found out how his father had ordered the murder of his mother, he was furious and hated his father. Plus his father was quite abusive as well as harsh with everything so he grew up quite emotionless. But, as he matured he understood more that in reality it was because he needed a stronger heir to the throne, and he accepted that he wasn't that, but his brother was. However that anger he felt as a child still exists deep inside so a single wrong move from his father could make that rage burst up again, but for now he just gets annoyed when his father is brought up.
5) He knows going back is a practical death wish but spoiler alert in their 'story' he does end up going back with Yume and Ven (and others perhaps <<) to Second Hell and has to converse with his father and brother, but he has no intention of going back to try to take the throne or live there

HE'S NO LONGER BLUE.
HE HAS ASCENDED FROM HIS EDGY BLUE PHASE.
AND HAS GONE TO EDGY GREY/BLACK/WHITE PHASE.
NEXT WILL BE EDGY LEVEL 1000 AND THEN HE WILL BE PURELY BLACK AND RED.
UNTIL THEN HE HAS A LONG WAY TO GO BE HE CAN BECOME A TRUE EDGELORD.
Also his father sounds like a ripe ass. c:
At least he was still proud of his son, even if he did banish Kryshu. But there is still respect in acknowledging that getting crushed in a fight and still surviving out of your element shows true dedication to living.
As is one of my favorite sayings: You're good at living so long as you're not dead.
Something Kryshu seems to be doing rather well at.
I'm not sure if he's "evil," or "good," or "neutral." Maybe he's got a personal moral code? Or maybe he's just trying to live quietly.
Possibly want's the throne? Or possibly doesn't care? It's hard to tell. XD
Also I wonder how that interaction went with a complete stranger just...Plopping you up and commences release-healing-restriction-one.
I'd freak out, even if it was for my benefit. then again I'm a huge coward, soooo, I guess that's nothing new.
Also wow what a power! Controlling infected people with weak bodies and/or minds. It's useful and pretty dang strong, though you do kind of need to be a terrible person to want to use. Considering the rule IS weak body and/or mind. Meaning you're essentially taking control of younger individuals or people with disabilities.
Mhhh, just something to think about.
Also his brother sounds great! Good fighter, probably a strong personality, heir to a throne. All the good stuff.
Makes me wonder though, if he's actually a good person. Hard to tell with lineage and ascension to power over people. If there's anything to know. It's that power is a dangerous thing.
I'd ramble on and on and ask more questions but this is long and drawn out as is. SOOOOOO YEAH.
Sorry for the wall text.
He looks great Yume! Quite a hefty redesign, but I hope he's closer to what you hoping for than before. ^^
I look forward to see more of him, or possibly others! <3

YES NO MORE BLUE-
Oh yes his father is quite the ripe ass. And although he was proud, he was only proud of himself that he raised a warrior, he has no intention of showing and love towards Kryshu, the moment he lost to his brother, Kryshu was no longer his son, although even if his father tried removing some of this powers, it was already in him, part of him.
He is a very mysterious character haha~
Trust me he was very hostile at first, especially after gaining enough strength to actually move. He's had no interaction with other species that aren't absolutely terrified of him, since he was a possible heir to the throne.
Yes it is very strong haha~ But very tiring since he has to focus on controlling them.
His brother being good hm? We'll see about that
And no worries! I love people asking about my headcanon world haha~
yes i am much happier now! Before i had no clue who he was and just basically did another design using gray and blue like Yume but now i actually have an idea of his identity, he's much easier to design~

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH.
I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS.
IF YOU DON'T MIND ME ASKING?
Also I completely understand on the design part. Not know what you actually want with a character is a terrible feeling. Especially when it comes to what they actually look like and DO in the story.
So again, I'm happy to see you're happier with him as a character now! ^^

ASK AWAY
yes it's very hard, which is the main reason Yume and Kryshu had such big design changes, I finally had an idea of who they were and what the world was like~

shroomworld387 In reply to SirLudox [2019-05-17 01:36:16 +0000 UTC]
I have no idea how much I'm going to type, sooooo uhhh, yeah.
ALRIGHT THEN!
So it sounds outsiders fear the Second Hell. Which I thought it only had that name for appearances, however it seems they fear the ruler of the Second Hell. Has the ruler of the Second Hell always been cruel? Or the lineage itself a scourge to those not from the Second Hell?
As well what is the distance from the Second Hell and first Hell? Because Second is only one out of two known Hell's of this world, what are their relations? Does anyone rule the first one? Or is it just some barren land, do outsides fear the First Hell more or less than the Second?
What I'm very curious in is how do the two Hell's interact? (if the first is indeed a nation of some sort, if not than ignore these questions if you'd like)
Is it possible they ignore each other, hate each other (knowing the bad reputation of the Second Hell I'd imagine so, plus the fact they're both called Hell, probably meaning neither are "good,") Are they allies? Maybe.
I'd imagine, if the Second is deeper than the First Hell, wouldn't it be less known about? Therefore not bring up much attention to itself? Or is it something that is common knowledge, considering how afraid outsiders are of it.
OR is the Second hell an adjacent place to the First Hell, rather than below it?
ALSO, it's stated that the Second Hell looks like Hell in a few aspects, minus Fire and Lava.
So does this mean the First Hell is fire and lava, or does the concept of it come purely from belief of IN UNIVERSE or OUT OF UNIVERSE depictions of it?
Is the Second Hell darker and cooler? It's underground so it's possibly still hot with it being closer to the mantle of the world.
Involving Kryshu's power. Is there distance for it's use? Can he use it on someone infected from the other side of the world or does he have to be in close proximity? If so, does he have to have line of sight of the victim, or can he do it with need to see the infected in question? Say he doesn't need to see them, how can he tell what they're doing, can he see through their eye's? Hear through their ears? Or does he just know what they're doing? Like a telepathic link.
Also can he infect a person only through wounds? Or can it get into their system from pores, or various other openings in the body? Say mouth, or ears? Or is direct blood contact necessary for infection?
Say all of the above is true: His powers consist of telepathic bonds with infected, and he can sense everything without needed to close or in line of sight of the infected. Would this be affected by his weaker power from being exposed to the over world? Would a reason for him NOT being able to (for example) control an infected with out direct line of sight be because of his weaker power?
I actually have more questions, if you're willing.
Sorry for the wall, again, and I'm sure some of the questions asked are redundant.
I hope it wasn't a hassle to read through Yume! ^^

Basically right now there are 3 levels to the world, First Hell, Second Hell, and Third Hell, although Third hell isn't really known as "third hell", but some people call it that for the sake of making the world/planet seem cool pFT-. But basically First hell is believed to be at the center of the planet, some even say another dimension all together. It's believed the place is overrun by mindless zombie demon creatures, walking around and just, existing. There is one ruler of that hell, believed to be one of the most powerful beings known to the world, however he is confined and cannot escape, so he stays isolated. The Second hell warships the First Hell, they believe he is the creator, the almighty one. Second Hell is a literal world under the surface of the planet, getting little to no sunlight or life. Except, there is an area where the ground between Second Hell and the Surface became extremely thin and there is now an opening, so in that one area where the sun reaches, there is a patch of grass and such there, but all the monsters and other dragons in the Second Hell avoid that area, they see it as a curse, a weakness. Third Hell is basically the surface area, but unlike what the name suggests, its an ordinary place like Earth. Mountains, forests, oceans, lakes, all of that. The spacing between First Hell and Second Hell is unknown, but there have been rulers in the past that have attempted to find First Hell, to free the ruler, however all they did was create deep canyons and lava lakes. The Ruler of the first hell uses the Second Hell to his advantage to spread his powers so that hopefully one day someone strong enough to take his place will be born, however no one has appeared yet.
Basically the order of the Hells are like, First Hell is the deepest, at the very center as well as heading into another dimension, so basically its the biggest one. Second Hell is under the surface of the planet, accessible unlike First Hell. Third Hell or the surface area is, well, the surface.
Second Hell is mostly dirt, rocks, sands, and reddish lakes. Not much life is there, however because of some strange mushrooms and other things growing there, there is plenty of light to see. The colours are probably just shades of reds and maroon tones with grays. Unlike what others think, there is no lava oceans and fire everywhere, its mainly quiet. Isolated. First Hell, however, is what you would expect, just not as exaggerated. There is fire and lava for being so deep, but entering the dimension, its basically and AU of the normal world, except everything is dead.
There is distance, if he were not banished and still a heir, his distance would be amazing. Probably able to control others from god knows where, however because of his banishment, his reach has weakened, and can still reach quite far, maybe a few kilometers, but not as much as an actual heir, they mainly used this skill when there was a war, the King would control the whole army.
To infect someone, Kryshu has to either bite and inject or summon that white liquid substance thing and it to physically touch and enter the victim. To control them, its just like imagining youre someone else walking around. Although, the commands are usually just commands like "attack them" or "fall back", however to be more precise, Kryshu can close his eyes and basically becoming the owner of that other body, except he cant feel pain, just control the body. But he can hear, smell, taste, and feel other things with the body.
And no just through wounds, its easiest for them since it enters into their muscles and blood and quickly just completely takes over their body which can mean the victim gets seizures and become paralyzed as they are being taken over, and yea, it hurts a lot.
The further his victim is, the easier it is for that victim to break from that control. When a victim breaks from it, they start expelling all of that white fluid from their systems. This can mean they will also bleed, cry, and vomit it for a while until its completely out.
And please ask away! I love answering questions about my world haha~

While the matter which has prevented me from making this reply has not been resolved yet. I have decided that F that and your recent journal as sparked my desire to acquire knowledge.
THEREFORE.
PREPARE THY SELF FOR A WALL OF TEXT.
So First Hell, or Hell. Has a ruler, but what do they rule? Do they rule over the mindless creature that reside there? If so, does he control them? Or do they ignore him and he's basically more of a ruler without subjects? If he does control them, are simply more like puppets and are only mindless wanderers when he's not commanding them?
Or are their other denizens of the First Hell? Ones that aren't simply mindless entities wandering aimlessly?
If so, do they fall under the rule of the one who rules the First Hell? Or do they pass him by? Are there different groups? Those ruled and not ruled?
The Ruler of the First Hell wants a heir to his throne. Is it so he has a legacy? Or does he want to step down from the title of Ruler?
How does the Ruler use the Second Hell to expand his power, but Second Hell is incapable of finding the First Hell? How does the Ruler of the First Hell spread his power beyond First Hell? Can he manifest his own powers outside of First Hell? In a way to keep belief in him alive?
If Second Hell has never been able to find First Hell, or even find evidence of it as a physical place on the planet. Why do they believe in it's existence and ruler? Considering it's possible that First Hell is in a completely different dimension wouldn't it be possible that belief in it would falter?
Are there any Denizens of the Second Hell that don't believe in the Ruler of the First Hell? If someone were not to, would it be strictly punished as heresy? Or would it be ignored as no problem at all?
Why does the Second Hell view the Third Hell as a curse? Is it due to the fact they weakened by it presence? As they are used to dark underground. Or is it possibly because the over world is to "soft,"?
Do peoples of the Third Hell view the Second Hell as a curse? Obviously they fear them, however are their interactions with each other only limited to superstition?
Are the beliefs of the Third Hell? Do they believe that the Ruler of the First Hell is the One and only creator? Or do they have different beliefs entirely?
Is the entirety of the underground controlled by Second Hell? Or are there areas closer to the surface that are still underground, however not inhabited by the Second Hell? I'd imagine so, as I'm sure there are mines that the peoples of the Third Hell would use for mineral sources.
When taking full control of a victim Does Kryshu lose senses of his own surroundings? Does his own body become stationary, almost in a trance like state? Or does he remain in full control of both his and the victim's body?
Is it possible for the victim to die during the process of expelling the white infection? And I mean by the expelling of the substance, not by any outside forces.
I'll withhold further questions until I get the okay to ask more!
i hope some of the ones I asked aren't redundant, it's late and I'm a bit woozy with tiredness, ha!

*cracks fingers*
OK SO-
The ruler of the First Hell, lets call him... Anubis (after the God of the Dead and part of the 7 other gods that rule and walk the planet), does rule the mindless creatures, in fact, his world, land, use to thrive. Even though it is part in the world and part in another dimension, it thrived of life, including forests and rivers. It was a place of heaven for most beings, however, due to the long time of it existing and the lack of sky and fresh air, beings stopped wanting to be there, and either killed themselves or simply went hostile (the way you get there was after death, however you simply 'spawned' there, so you could still live on and die when you want, however once you die that is it). Anubis (who was still the ruler at that time) began to go insane with the countless deaths and hostility of the land, this was not what he wanted, he wanted a land of peace, not murder. But, one day, the residents there began to ruin the land itself, they began to go insane from Anubis himself. Anubis was releasing an aura that infected everything there, since that world was him, and he was that world. It responded to him. So, the rising anger and annoyance caused the land and beings to go insane. The beautiful forests died quickly, turning to ash, and rivers went from crystal blue to either nothing or blood itself. Anubis noticed this, but from pure anger he decided he will curse this land. If the beings do not appreciate it, then so be it. The land died out completely, and what was once a civilization of harmony became an endless barren wasteland with a few broken structures to remind Anubis of his once thriving self. The ones who stayed and were victims to explosion of rage, became mindless. Their minds turned to nothing, skin reddening and rotting, eyes blind and white. Anubis had ruined himself, and there was no going back. He regretted it, and with this guilt and anger, he himself and his world was cursed. This happened billions and billions of years ago, near the start of the world first starting to be full of creatures. And Anubis was now alone in that world. No one entered, no one left, it was just him and his loyal mindless subjects.
Second Hell had always existed as well, but more so an underground civilization, but the legend of the God of the First Hell soon reached the old ruler, and he loved it. He wanted it, wanted that power. He began to force his subjects to worship Anubis, praised him for his decision, for they believed it was the right one, revenge. Anubis, felt this. He had an idea, if he could get another being with enough power to connect and become the land, perhaps it could go back to its old way, or so he could finally leave. Isolation only made him grow even more insane, which only worsened the land. When there is a new ruler selected for Second Hell, Anubis - being a god - gives some of his power to him, and with that power, Anubis becomes connected to them. He can feel their level of power, and if not perfect, he simply ignores him. "Useless" he labels them, and simply doesn't bother connecting to them again until a new leader is chosen. Second hell has tried getting to him, however it is so far down that they give up, and instead began to worship Anubis more, trying to give him power, but in all honestly Anubis grew tired of their worships a long, long time ago. And if a resident of Second Hell does not believe in Anubis, and their opinion is voiced, they are either murdered or thrown to the overworld to burn in the sun and probably die quickly from starvation (since the foods are quite different).
The Second Hell does not like Third Hell for they believe all should worship and love Anubis, however most of the beings from Third Hell love all 7 gods, a few worshiping them. The thing about the 7 gods of that world is that they are all real, and physical. You can meet them, if you want, so there is no need to worship them to keep them alive, they are simply beings themselves, just with a lot of responsibility, and labeled "Gods".
Second Hell only has a certain area they control, so Third Hell do have mines and canyons that Second Hell do not interact with, the spacing between Third and Second Hell is very, very large, however in some places Third Hell's land is lower than others and therefore closer to Second Hell.
When Kryshu takes control of a victim, he still has control over his own body, however he can either choose to control both or just the victim. When controlling the victim only, Kryshu will come stationary, and probably lay down, but if he needs to control his own and the victims, it requires every bit of concentration possible. And yes, death is very possible. Especially if the body is permanently weak, it is easy for them to die. Since they have to expel the substance that is in their muscles and other organs, it can be quite damaging, and yes, in some cases even death.
And please ask as much as you want!
