Information
Very few facts are known about Gu Ronin. He is the right hand man of Alopekos Teumesios in the Gokiburi-Gumi. He is apparently mute, though it is not known if his lack of speech is from personal choice.
He never reveals his face, and as such his mask and helmet are never removed.
He is bristling with weaponry, and although he does not excel physically, he is exceptionally skilled. None know why or how he came to be in the service of Alopekos, he just arrived mysteriously one day, though Gu has never resisted the Fox's orders. What else is said of Gu Ronin are naught but rumors, but who knows what may be true.

Rumours and Hearsay
It is said he is from beyond the northern island of Hokkaido.
They say his tongue was removed as a child for being too noisy.
Some believe him to be a demon, avenging his clan extinction.
They also say he annihilated the clan himself.
Some believe he is actually the Alopekos's younger brother and they are both demons.
Some believe he, is in fact, a she.
Others say he took an oath of silence as part of a deranged cult.
Another story claims his head is naught but a skull, and he wears his mask to avoid persecution.
Some say he has been sent by the gods to punish those who bring imbalance, others disagree, claiming him to be an anathema to the gods.
Tales are told of his birth to a dead woman.
Another says he has lived 3 prior lives, while some say he is already dead.
Some believe his talismans are binding seals, masking his true form, others believe he is merely superstitious and paranoid.
Some say he can use all of his weapons at once.
It is whispered that he wears a mask so that the sights and smells of the modern world effect him not.
It is said that he was once part of the Crimson Tears, and survived their destruction.
Others say he was merely an associate.
Yet another will tell you that he was part of the group that wiped them out.
It is said that Gu has been tasked by Teumesios to rid the Gokiburi - Gumi of Dark Brethren infiltrators.
One claims that Gu has been approached by the enigmatic leader of the Inari-Dan .

Is currently ranked 5 in the 2009 season standings, fown from a prior ranking of 4.
