Description
The recent "inspire me!"-contest winnergave me this description:
2095 is the name of my android character for Starfinder. She appears to be a human woman with glowing blue circuitry tattoos along the right side of her face and right arm. She has matching blue (but not glowing) eyes and often has a neutral or awkward expression on her face, like she understands what's going on but is completely unfamiliar with the expressions which should accompany her own emotions. Her blonde hair is about shoulder length and straight. She wears a type of high-tech armor called "second skin" which is kinda like a futuristic cat suit. She may be wearing something like a leather trench coat over it. She is a technomancer, which is like a wizard who blends magic with technology, so will likely have some arcane looking gadgets, or perhaps casting a spell which looks more like projecting some kind of hologram of a mystical glyph.
"Twenty's" name comes from the ELO song of the same name (2095, Your's Truly) which is about a man who is sent to the future and is missing his lover, but has found an android which looks like her and fills the same role, but is not at all the same person. While this android goes technically unnamed in the song, I've always interpreted the title as her name (2095) because you never write a song about a girl and not name it after her.
Tools: mouse & Paint Shop Pro
PS. Yah, her tattoos are in the left side, not right. That's creative freedom.

Stylish and creative, you ever played syndicate btw? Very old game but it has the gritty future and augmentation that may appeal to you.

Thanks.
Yes, I tested it a long time ago. They are not my kind of games. I've always preferred "fantasy/humanity" rather than "scifi/robots".

I'm running my first Starfinder session this afternoon and I came on here for a quick break to find someone I watch had made Starfinder artwork. Good job on this character!

Thank you.
So, is Starfinder a good RPG?

I've only seriously played D&D 5ed before now, so it's definitely a step up in complexity for me, but it's been streamlined from Pathfinder. There are a lot of awesome options to play with.
As far as the universe... I love the concept of a world where magic, gods, demons, and dragons exist in parallel with science, technology, spaceflight and Star Trek space combat and first contact. The universe is set in the same place as Pathfinder but thousands of years later. The history and universe are incredible and mashup fantasy concepts with scifi to create something I find truly beautiful. Reading through the setting made me fall in love with this game and based on the session I ran this weekend it's fun for everyone.
It's definitely work at least checking out if you like pen and paper RPGs.

It's good so far, Twenty is still only level one and we don't really play it more than once every other month because of all the existing Pathfinder games taking precedence. It's a lot like Babylon 5, but with actual gods and not just the Vorlon and Shadows, and actual magic instead of just psychics and technmages.

Yeah I had kinda spaced on this one, my solid losing streak on your contests kinda helped with that.
This looks good though.

Thanks.
It's not easy to paint an artificial person without making her 1) too human; 2) too robotic.

Thank you.
Yes, flipping could work... but check the shoulder patch. The shoulder patch would be wroooong.
Also, I'd need to rewrite my signature. That's too much.

You can always flip the image. And the number could be facing the android, explaining why it's reversed.

Sure thing, but the number 2095 is also written on her shoulder patch. The reversed hologram can be explained, but the flipped patch would be... agh, monstrous!

Well, the one who commissioned her is happy. That's the main thing.

Thank you.
I'm also interested in that game. I don't play tabletop RPGs, but I tend to find "fluff" interesting and love creating characters just for fun.
