Nope. It was an unreleased Jourassic Park Chaos Effect toy, which was about dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures gtiing their DNA mixed up, resulting in freakish chimerical creatures.

But, but... the Ultimasaurus figure was actually never produced! D: Just the baby was, and I feel sad because it's the only Chaos Effect Dino species that is missing in my collection ;_;
