On the surface they seem like polar opposites, but they're far more alike than you'd think, they both felt that same deep feeling of shame, Orchid, scared of confronting her past, and her feelings, only letting them out when she couldn't contain them anymore, and Jaeriel, her Mandalorian pride wounded as she felt like she'd ran away, dishonouring her clan. It's been WAY too long, and I am sorry it's been so long without any art, it's been a really hectic few... well years really, death in the family, as well as looking after elderly relatives has left little time for art, and after so long I've been really struggling to get back into the swing of things...

For a while I'd completely lost my confidence in my drawing ability, and its still really shaky, this piece took FOREVER to finish because TWICE I ended up screwing it up at the colouring stage, meaning I had to redraw it nearly from scratch twice, it was very demotivating... But I'm a stubborn bastard, and I was determined not to let it beat me, and I'm glad to hav stuck with it, because I've missed sharing art here, and I've missed my friends here.

To everyone who's stuck around, thank you so much for your patience. I don't know when I'll be able o upload on the regular, we've currently got my Nan living with us, and looking after her is kinda' fulltime, I draw whenever I have some free time, which isn't as often as I'd like, still, rest assured that I am not dead, and neither is A Flower on The Smugglers' Moon.

Anyway I've jabbered on long enough, I hope you all like how this turned out, and as ever feedback is always welcome.
