Innocent- Flux, being a young child, has around the same mentality as a Pokémon their age would be expected to be, and still has a lot to learn.
Sensitive- Being as young as they are, Flux has a tendency to take too many comments to heart, even if they shouldn't.
Irritating- Flux likes to playfully tease other members of the Hideout, as a way of expressing that they like someone. This often leads to them annoying others, though.
Ignorant- Flux sometimes doesn't know when to stop teasing others, even if the other is showing signs of irritation.

Bio:
Flux started out as an egg in the wild, waiting to be born into a small family of Toxtricity and other Toxel.
The family was eagerly awaiting their arrival, and Flux would've been born into a wonderful home...
...if their egg hadn't been stolen overnight by Team Rocket.
The egg was taken into the Hideout, and Flux hatched in the Nursery shortly after.
Flux is now happy to call Team Rocket their family, all the while being blissfully unaware of the life they could've had...
