Honestly? The limbs are very off. The right leg is too far into the foreground that - look at the belly button and then try to follow the line down to the crotch. Result: It can't be followed, because the right hip is at too far of an angle and there is no place for the left hip to sit, leading the other leg to be functionally orphaned. It can't attach to the body the way it is, it looks like the point of connection is in the stomach. This leaves her crotch somewhere in the meat of the other thigh.
Perspective is messed up on the right arm - the hand actually looks quite good, but due to the lack of any presence of the arm behind it, it exacerbates the the leg problem because you can't help but notice the lack of an arm there. Left arm: Why does it have two fingers on the hand? The rest of the hand is totally missing due to unclear shading. Rest of the arm is a bit thin, but not bad. For some reason, I really like the wrist.
Left wing is good, right wing (her perspective, I should say, all of these are from her perspective) is not attached to the back in the same place and appears to be simply floating.
The boobs aren't bad, but because of the center-line problem down the crotch and the odd shading in the two-fingered hand, it leads to her left titty looking lumpy and both off center. Actually, I have to emphasize, they're really not bad boobs and I appreciate that they're not insane Soul Caliber boobs. They're really one of the better parts of the piece. Face and hair also look quite good, and I like the color selections.
I should really put this in Critique. Sorry. Anyway, I see a lot of potential in the piece!

Butone thing im not sure is the right arm, in that perspective, the arm would not be shown since where the skull is the place where the arm would be(if the skull wasn't there)

Yeah, the right arm is pretty arguable and the hand actually looks very good. I think that just looked odd to me because I was hung up on the legs. Keep having fun!

Beautiful. The detail s exquisite, even the eyes are glowing and alive. I love how this was rendered. May I say this? Her left leg is nice but looks too thigh looks too thin. I realize you were probably trying not to draw her too thick and or censor the crotch a bit, but it seems off to me. I'm sorry but the picture is great it's just that, that stands out.
