Another commission for friken27, his vampire OC Seira ^^ I like how she's different from general, gothic vampire concept.
She appears to be an innocent-looking girl looking for help in the rain, but she's dangerous than you might think her to be ^w^;

The details are amazing on this piece, from each individual hair strand seen, the hardness feeling of the rain, to the harsh hint of red on the teeth. The body looks grand; take to reference the shading and face structure. The clothing was even considerately constructed, as seen in the fishnet's and the clothing's fabric; however, there is a part of the fishnet pattern left on the upper right thigh, which I am uncertain is purposeful. The radiance of light on the hair is remarkable as well, which definitely achieves the high Impact score, along with everything else previously mentioned.
The character herself, is beautiful, and as a side note, for her not to have her gaze at the viewer and instead at the sky, surely sets the tone for the piece and suggests the character's personality. I see the gaze as reflecting on a recent feast and maybe many more, yet that's up to personal interpretation.
Something that is bothering me though is the background. The blood is spread out fine, and perfectly has a look to it as if spread upon the concrete. The railing though is troubling me. I believe the smaller vertical rails were supposed to have been seen as under the larger horizontal one. And if not, I am still confused as to where the vertical ones are supposed to be connected. Other than this small thing though, I see the piece as a whole as a great scene. And it is obvious the artist put much work into this. Wonderful work!

A very interesting piece. I love the choice of palettes as the red looks particularly striking in contrast to the rest of the image. The face and eye have a good amount of detail and capture your interest. She looks very sweet and innocent and it isn't until closer inspection you realize something is slightly different with this girl.The eyes, tattoo and blood all focus on this conclusion and yet remain subtle. I love the idea of the rain, however I do find the blobs/splashes of rain around the edge of the painting to be rather distracting and feel it may have been better to stick with straight lines of rain. However this is only my personal opinion. Overall very good image with a subtle impact towards her darker nature.

I agree that the blood is a bit heavy handed. I think there are enough hints about her nature without it appearing at all.
One or two other points (which you can take with a big pinch of salt, as I'm no artist).
* The shoulders look a little off to me. I think her right shoulder should be further forward?
* The eyes look a little misshapen, particularly her right eye, and the placement of the pupils looks a bit off.
* She appears to be either asking for assistance or beckoning to an unseen person. I think she should be rotated slightly so she's looking directly at the viewer.

The way that you have some areas in focus and others a little more on the blurry side adds great depth to the piece in ways that aren't a visual headache. Your attention to detail is great. Beautiful use of color. Use of texture adds a lot of interest.
The only aspect I can give a negative critique on is that it appears you might have used a warp effect of some kind near the back edge of the railing. All of your lines on the railing look sharp and straight, but the back line has some waviness to it.
