Oh, thank god it's done! I attempted this one 4 times and I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. The mouth-face part was awful - it totally did my head in. But I finally finished it, and I'm never going to do it again ... EVER!But I still love it - it is absolutely gorgeous. It's wings even flap when you wave it about! And I completed it just in time for Halloween!
The model you see in the above image is only the beta-test, and after some minor adjustments to the mouth and a little alteration to the thickness of the wings, by PMF [link] , here is a final release: [link]

I believe that they are game rips - but PMF still spends quite some time on them, fixing up the textures and other 3D errors that still occur.

Weird, i had that very same issue with Char's sig a while ago, he could see it fine, whereas when I saw it, it was all f**ked up!

Awesome, yes! Buildable, not particularly. 
I actually described this model to Paperbuff as one of those puzzle games. You know the one that has a square base and lots of different shapes that you place on top of the square to completely cover it up perfectly?
There is only one correct configuration and any other configuration will get you close, but not right!

No seriously, your papercraft is so intricate. I don't think you'd get one though, I've only seen one paper-thing as a DD, which was a lot more complicated and I think maybe set the bar higher. But honestly, occasionally some real shit gets on the DDs that most people could top. But most of the times it's pretty fair, I look through them everyday. Inspirational.
