Okay, so this is a fairly old picture. It was sitting around in my old dead gallery, so I decided I wanted to move it here. ( I deleted it out of my other gallery, so if you saw it there first- don't worry, it's NOT stolen..just moved. )

Anyway..THIS IS HOW I CAN DRAW CELL -WITH- REFERENCES.
This was done, I want to say 2 years ago. Paused the vhs with the cell games episodes at this part, and it took me an hour to come up with this.

Why yes, it is much better than my recent stuff. Because my recent stuff is drawn freehand without any references and i drew those in 5 minutes and took time with this.

I have the remastered DBZ dvd season 6, and I'm getting a buttload of the mangas...so I will probably be doing more ripping off the scenes and poses when I can. I'd love to be able to draw cell like this without references, but I can't. >:

the cruel irony of the situation is, had I not stopped drawing cell for 2 years..I might actually have gotten decent at him now. And maybe that's why I'm not so great at him now. =x Been a while.

But, I stopped because the places I posted this stuff nobody cared. xD And it was discouraging to work for hours on stuff that would be immediately overlooked for a picture with less effort. but blah blah, we all know THAT sob story.
