FULLVIEW: ITS HUGE BUT OH SO NECESSARY

This image is a collage of pictures of Pokémon originally intended for the POKÉMONATHON a LiveJournal community that challenges artists to draw a picture of each of the original 151 Pokémon. It is also one of the best places on the tubes of the internets.

This covers the first 18 Pokémon, from the starters to the end of the "Pokémon with three evolutionary stages in the Viridian Forest," thing.

All of these were done in Photoshop. One of the resons I joined the POKÉMONATHON was to have an excuse to play around with digital art, so, umm...keep that in mind when you look at these. They're not the best. Yep.

Also you should read my original entry for the Caterpie line, which is a delightful re-imagining of The Very Hungry Caterpillar for today's Pokémon-loving youth.

Pokémon belongs to Nintendo, not me. My art does, however.
