. When stealing someones voice the orbs at the end of his head glow brightly and trap the voice within them.
. The stolen voices can be heard from within the orbs, The more voices contained within the orbs the brighter they glow.
. Experiment 211 doesn't have a voice of his own but makes the sound of a small bell when attempting to talk, Once he has stolen a voice he is able to use the stolen voice as his own.
