This was a filler/fusion experiment from leroy and stitch so it probably was Yang at some point.

Thanks and no i don't think so, Because Yang shoots lava from his back in order to create a new landmass with Yin whereas Flame only shoots fire so he wouldn't be able to help create a new landmass.

In the episode "Bad Stitch", when Lilo and Nani were discussing about a gas incident, and she mentioned that they caught the experiment who did it, it could most likely be him, or she could be referring to the time they encountered Yin and Yang in the street, and later caught them.
