Primary Function : Designed to be super strong and completely indestructible.
Special Abilities :
. Experiment 628 has the destructive abilities of all of the previous experiments before him, in order to use certain abilities he grows new limbs and retracts them back into his body when they are no longer necessary.
. If experiment 628 was ever to be activated Jumba did program him to have an emergency shutdown trigger, although Jumba wont tell anyone what it is.
One True Place : In pod form NEVER to be activated.

None that we know of but that is because his Experiment POD was locked away never to be activated and Jumba doesn't want to disclose too much information about this experiment.

Does he have orange markings on the tip at the back of his both ears to match the rest of his other markings as Stitchie and Evile have?
I notice you draw his dark brown lines around his antennaes nearly at the tip instead as how Evile and Stitchie's colours are at the end of the tip of their antennaes and that he has pink grey markings on part of the skin ears at the front on each both tips of his ears like Angel has the same way on hers so did you made his ears and antennaes to look just like Angel's?
And you also made his head a bit like Sparky's head you derived it from, right?

I didn't draw this experiment with the intention of it resembling any other existing experiment it's just a coincidence that you can see these connections which is fine but to do think you are looking too far into the design or at least you are looking further than i did when i drew it.

While this pic's quality is better, Sketch-Lampoon, I definitely agree with Cartoon1995 (preferring your previous version being better for 628's body posture in it; plus, we can't see 628's back spines here).
