Description
For my friend, Backlash's, contest. His rules were to show one of my characters losing his/her shoe in the mud, and showing a bare paw. And what better pic to do than of my adventurous character, Janey, losing her boots while escaping some dangerous quicksand!
Don't worry. Sye can always make her another pair.

The boot loser is my character Janey, and yes she's a girl. Backlash though is a guy. ;3

Ahha! Kitty lost her boots! LoL! I like how you draw anthro paws. I'm still learning how to draw them more or less. and this makes for great reference. Your color pencil coloring is very well executed. I was thinking of posting some of mines in color pencil also. Almost all of them that I have are worked in photoshop. I tend to color lightly, but I'm still learning how to color darker so that it becomes more visible. Well, nice pic.

Thank you. I've been wanting to learn how to draw more toony-ish Hanna-Barberra paws. ;3 But this is my own style. ;3 Slightly realistic, but more on the toony side. ;3
