*spoilers-ish*Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape, and his eyes were full of tears.
"After all this time?"
"Always."
I've loved Snape through thick and thin. He's definitely one of the most complex characters in the entire series, and looking into his memories just broke my heart. I was going to do the scene where he was hugging onto her (at which point I was just bawling), but it seems a lot of other artists were thinking the same thing. What I do for the sake of originality...
