The only anatomy problems you have is the neck is a little wide and It doesn't seem to match up to where the chest. To me the arms is looking a bit weird whether it's length, shading, or angel, I can't tell.
This is a wonderful character design though. The short hair looks really nice.

Thanks for the comment. I did feel that the anatomy looked a little wonky. The reference I picked looked slightly strange as well. O.o The lady had longer hair that obscured the neck, so I was having difficulties trying to get the lines right. I need to work on that. The foremost arm is the one that looks too long, yes?
