Jellia Jamb first appeared in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum in 1900. It was an unnamed appearance where she was simply called The Green Maid. She had more of a role, in the second book, Marvelous Land of Oz in 1904. From then on she would appear in minor roles in the Oz books. Definitely read the classics when you get the chance.❤️
