I've been playing a lot of Minecraft on xbox with my siblings and girlfriend and I just liked the idea of an intimate scene of someone playing a quiet game like that in their bedroom. While drinking tea.Β
Mostly painted on Justin.tv, so I'm not sure how long it took.

I've played that one too and it was great but corrupting multiplayer game saves whenever you save manually was terrible bug to ship with D:

Someone made a similar comment about undies on a different piece and a couple of ladies spoke out that they do in fact play in their underwears. But in so many ways, it doesn't really matter, I mean. It's a painting. Everything you see is invented, after all.

Of course. And I'm sure a lot do, but compared to how many don't vs how girls that play games being drawn in undies just seems weird to me.
But theres nothing wrong with it, and everyone loves a great piece of art

great job! do you work from photo reference at all or is this purely a product of your imagination?

It starts as a very, vague sketch drawn from imagination, but the whole time I'm painting I'm grabbing things from my environment or photo reference to help it out. I'm not good at painting red hair so I had a reference for that. Also the xbox controller, because I can't paint one from memory.

lol when I play a game, I drink camonile tea.Β I like my tea sweetened tho. And I like playing minecraft... It's a very creative game and also has survival which full of anxiety .-. ... I mean..
