So in this one I found a very useful way to blend and create edges without painting over the whole drawing constantly.

The best way I found was to create the sketch, make something relatively clean, lock the lines and color them the closest hue to the flat colors' layer, but lower the brightness, once you have that done, set that sketch layer to multiply(you can lower the opacity if it looks too dark) then, you can merge them and use those lines to create the edges with a smudge tool.

Then you can set a new layer to multiply and use a soft brush to create the main light source, to make the smudge tool a great blender you have to use a scattered brush or else it's not gonna work properly.

To the hair is the opposite, you shouldn't have it scattered and higher the strength of the brush so you can create that reflection effect on the hair

To fix any color mistakes you might have made throughout the process you can have them corrected by using a layer set to the blending mode "color", so you can adjust them as you go, to make the colors pop you can use an "overlay" layer and that's pretty much the main process.

The final touches are made with a simple default brush, you can use any you wish.
