Sorry if someone has already told you this but just a few helpful tips
If you use inkscape for pretty much only vectoring ponies get ponyscape (inkscape modified to make ponies a teeny bit easier)
Taper the end of your strokes, having rounded off ends to your strokes doesn't really look all that good especially on the eyelashes i can see them ending just square
for ponies the stroke is usually really think (also side-note the body and hair strokes should be the same sizes)
also just by zooming in i can see you have made a few very small mistakes with things not fully covering the area they are supposed to try using clipping for that it will help
that's all the things i could really see wrong with this besides that its good (again sorry if you have already learned this i just felt i should try help you improve just a bit ^^)

I usually leave any not-too-major imperfections in intentionally.
Only imperfections that really irk me are fixed, really. How my process goes.
