Great pic.
The layout is great. It all blends well.
The scarecrow and penguin look awesome. The Joker looks great too but to me i think somethings missing without the teeth detail.
Overall I love it.

A "Wanted" poster was the first I thought of even before reading your description.
It has that "noir" feeling about it few artists are able to pull off as well as you. The only thing that could make this piece better is if it was done in the same style with Jonah Hex.

I love the difference in detail. You go from an amazing amount in say Penguin's head, but very simple in two-face. The whole piece works very well, excellent work!

my only knowledge of Batman cmes from the movies, but i really like this piece! the shading is so fantastic, and very appealing for the dark atmosphere.
