I took his older design and polished it up a bit. A lot, actually. My original drawing of him was a whole collage of I Don't Know What I'm Doing For His Design and I just kinda drew a few lines over him and stuff. Sooo I kept the basics that made him 186, and just added more along to it. I also did a lot more on his development recently.

186 is a stiff, wishy-washy fellow, very expressive and quick to offer help to his friends, with whom he shares a big-brotherly bond. Despite his awkwardness, he holds himself high and has bounding confidence. Being the largest in size and the heaviest in mass [a lot of extra metal interior], he is willing to defend his comrades if necessary. That being said, he is a fairly lousy warrior due to his lack of agility and precision. He is one of the group's inventors, and is the only one who deals with metalwork [his fabric was dipped in a borax-based solution that made him fire-resistant]. His eye-glass compartment opens up to his inner mechanisms and has a little port where he can screw in a lightbulb.

I sort of failed at the wrench there, sorry. I didn't have any references available.
